Jenna officially started her escrow career in 2021 but grew up in the escrow office spending lots of time there with her mom, dad, and grandma. Her family is thrilled that Jenna found the love of escrow and is eager to learn. She has taken numerous escrow classes, attended escrow conferences, and is a notary. She works hard and has a way of making each of our customers feel special. Jenna works on escrow processing of refinance, reverse, and sale files and aids in the prepping and packaging of loan documents. No surprise that she hopes to follow in her parent’s footsteps to become an Escrow Officer one day.

Outside of the escrow world Jenna is known to be the founder of Jenna’s Pies, a charity that she started in 2016 while she was still in high school. She holds holiday pie sales and bakes for special events using her grandmother’s family recipes and donates all proceeds to support individuals with special needs. Her donations have funded inclusion events at Monrovia High School, sent campers and counselors to camps for special needs, and supported teachers with classroom supplies among other things.

Jenna graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Global in 2023 with a Masters in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis.
