(specifically Linette, Jennifer, and Diane…but really everyone on the team!) never once made me feel silly or like I was bothering them. They were incredibly kind, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process.

Even when I was scared, I couldn’t do this on my own buying in Southern California, or when the closing cost numbers fluctuated, they coached me through it and helped me stay calm during an emotional process. Their reassurance made such a difference.

As it now turns out, I owe Seright Escrow 64 reviews! Once again, they have gone “above and beyond” exceeding my expectations! As the developer of multiple condominium projects in Pasadena, they have represented my partners and I in 66 transactions with absolute professionalism and fairness to both the buyer and the seller. They have also represented me in the purchase and sale of my personal residences. The staff at Seright (particularly Diane and Linette) are patient beyond measure and are never too busy to sit down with the buyer or the seller to review the contracts, the escrow instructions, and the loan documents. From new construction to historic homes with complicated title that goes back over 100 years, Seright Escrow will always be my first choice.

P.S. The rumors that Diane has a twin named Gale that also works at Seright Escrow are completely unfounded. It is just that Diane does more work than any two people you can imagine and, as a result, many very satisfied clients believe that she must be hiding a twin somewhere!

My bro and I have been real estate investors 24 years. We do about a dozen escrow transactions/year, and whenever we have the opportunity, we ask for Linette & Greg Seright. They’ve been accurate, prompt, charge reasonable rates (we haven’t asked for special deals and don’t expect the other side to subsidize ours), and we enjoy our morning mobile Notary visits with Greg Seright when needed.
